Delete your account in the app
- Open Focus and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account, focus history, progress, brain-game results, quiz results, blocking rules and logs, removes your sign-in from Firebase Authentication, and erases the app's data on your device.
Can't open the app?
Email support@arrowway.online from the address or phone number linked to your account with the subject "Delete my Focus account". We will delete your data within 30 days.
Good to know
- Deletion cannot be undone.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play > Subscriptions.
- Ad-related data held by Google (AdMob) is managed in your Google account's ad settings.
